'Rhythms of the World' take to the streets!
ROTW is a registered charity, organised by volunteers with the following objectives:
- To provide an opportunity for people to engage in community activity.
- To provide a bridge of common interest and meaningful interchange between different age, race, ability and economic groups in the community.
- To provide a stimulus to the arts in the region.
- To provide an outlet for the energies of young people.
- To educate.
- To promote North Hertfordshire, raising the national profile of the region as a cultural and commercial centre.
To help promote these objectives, Rhythms of the World stage one of the UK's largest FREE music festivals in the heart and on the streets of Hitchin.
This is your chance to catch some of the worlds most celebrated world music acts, performers and artists and get involved in a number of the projects taking place across this weekend
14th & 15th July.
